The 2015 team Series Classic is in the books. This year we had 74 teams elected to participate in the event for their chance at the $6,000. first place prize. The classic provided anglers a total of over $25,000 in cash and prizes! last season we had 49 teams at the classic so we are indeed growing. We look for the classic field to reach up to 125 participating teams in 2016!

On Friday October 1st we hosted our 2015 awards banquet and classic registration. Anglers were greeted with dinner prior to the pre tournament meeting. After the meeting we passed out over $5,000.00 in awesome sponsor products as door prizes! Almost every angler went home with a prize. Prizes included will be listed on the bottom of this page.

Unfortunately the weather put a damper on the fishing. On day one anglers were greeted with gale force winds from the north in excess of 40 mph. Waves on the main lake were predicted to be between 10-12'. The harbors water levels had rose over 3' overnight. With concerns that the water level would become higher and with the strong winds and current , we decided that it would be best to cancel day one.

Day two brought nicer weather but the winds had switched from the east. There was a small craft advisory in effect with waves in the 5' range. We decided that it would be best to keep the field confined into West & East Harbors. Water levels receded back to normal levels but the fishing became tough for many anglers. We had a total of 146 fish cross the scales which were 100% released live and in great health. We thank the anglers for taking such good care of their catch. There were unfortunately only 12 limits brought to the scales. So you can only imagine just how tough the weather impacted the fish.
